We are recruiting experienced Site Superintendents for residential construction companies across Houston TX. Permanent, full-time positions with active residential builders.

The Role:

• Full ownership of day-to-day site operations

• Subcontractor coordination across all trades

• OSHA compliance, quality control, progress reporting

• Direct liaison with Project Manager and clients

You Will Have:

• 5+ years site superintendent experience on residential projects

• OSHA 30 certification required

• Strong subcontractor management skills

• Ability to read construction drawings

Salary: $75,000–$105,000 base + truck/vehicle allowance Location: Houston TX — on site Start: ASAP
