MEP Project Manager — Semiconductor / Data Centre — Texas — $105K–$140K

We are recruiting an experienced MEP Project Manager for semiconductor fab and critical facility construction projects across Texas. Permanent, full-time positions supporting major construction programmes in the Taylor, Austin, Houston and Dallas areas.

The Role:

• Managing MEP scopes $20M–$100M+ on semiconductor and critical facility projects

• Coordinating mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractors

• BIM coordination, RFI management and submittal review

• Programme, cost and quality management for MEP packages

• Supporting commissioning and handover activities

You Will Have:

• 7+ years MEP project management experience

• Semiconductor, cleanroom, data centre or critical facility experience preferred

• BIM and Revit coordination experience

• Procore or similar software proficiency

• OSHA 30 certification

Salary: $105,000–$140,000 base + bonus + full benefits Location: Texas — Taylor / Austin / Houston / Dallas Start: ASAP
