Where we match candidates to suitable roles and submit profiles to clients, or contact you about relevant job opportunities, we do so on the basis of legitimate interests or consent. Managing client relationships and delivering our recruitment services is necessary for the performance of a contract with you. Processing invoices and payments is carried out for contract performance and to meet our legal obligations. Where we send marketing communications about our services, we rely on your consent or our legitimate interests. Improving our website and services is carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, and where we process data to comply with legal obligations, we do so as required by law. We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what is described in this policy without your explicit consent.

If you receive an email from us and did not request it, it is because we believe, based on your publicly available professional profile or role, that our services may be relevant to you. If you unsubscribe, we will remove you from our mailing list within five (5) business days and will not contact you again, except where we have a legal obligation to do so.
