Because our day-to-day operations are based in the European Union (Denmark), we comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act. We apply this same standard to everyone whose data we hold, regardless of where they are located. We also comply with applicable US state privacy laws — including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA / CPRA) — where relevant.

We conduct outreach to potential clients and candidates as part of our recruitment business. If you receive an email from us and did not request it, it is because we believe, based on your publicly available professional profile or role, that our services may be relevant to you. Every email we send includes a clear and easy way to opt out of future communications. If you unsubscribe, we will remove you from our mailing list within five (5) business days and will not contact you again, except where we have a legal obligation to do so. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and all applicable US state email marketing laws.

Candidates: We share your CV and personal details with prospective employer clients only after you have given specific approval for each individual opportunity. We never send your CV to a client without your explicit prior consent for that specific role and that specific company. Service providers (data processors acting on our instructions): Google Workspace — email and file storage n8n — workflow automation (self-hosted) Calendly — call scheduling Typeform — form submissions Retell AI — voice agent for client outreach Mercury Bank — business banking Buffer — social media scheduling Each provider processes data only on our instructions and under written data-processing terms. Authorities: We may share data with regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

Because we operate from the EU but serve candidates and clients in the US and UK, your data may be transferred internationally. The main flows are: From the EU to the US — when sharing candidate profiles with US employer clients, and when using US-based tools (Google Workspace, Calendly, Mercury Bank, Retell AI) From the EU to the UK — when working with UK candidates or UK clients Where transfers take place, we rely on the following safeguards under GDPR Chapter V: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, for transfers to providers and recipients in the US EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where the receiving party is certified UK Adequacy Decision for EU–UK transfers A copy of the relevant safeguards can be requested by emailing talent@aimltalentgroup.com.
