HSE Manager — Oil & Gas — Houston TX — $90K–$130K

We are recruiting an experienced HSE Manager for an oil and gas operator in Houston TX. This is a permanent, full-time position covering multi-site operations across the Gulf Coast region.

The Role:

• Leading HSE programmes across multiple facilities

• OSHA PSM compliance, incident investigation and reporting

• ISO 45001 implementation and audit management

• Regulatory liaison — OSHA, EPA, TCEQ

• Building and managing a team of HSE advisors

You Will Have:

• 7+ years HSE management in oil and gas — upstream, downstream or petrochemical

• NEBOSH or equivalent qualification

• OSHA 30 certification

• ISO 45001 experience strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of Texas and federal environmental regulations

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 base + full benefits package Location: Houston TX — multi-site travel required Start: ASAP
