The Role:
Full project lifecycle management — pre-construction through to handover
Managing budgets $2M–$20M+
Subcontractor management, programme and quality control
OSHA compliance and client liaison
You Will Have:
5+ years residential construction PM experience
Track record delivering projects $2M+
Procore or similar software experience
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Salary: $85,000–$115,000 base + bonus + benefits Location: Houston TX — on site Start: ASAP
