The Role:
Quantity take-offs and cost estimates for residential projects
Subcontractor and supplier quote analysis
Bid preparation and submission
Working closely with Project Managers on live projects
You Will Have:
3+ years estimating experience in residential construction
PlanSwift, Bluebeam or ProEst experience
Strong understanding of Houston subcontractor market
High attention to detail under deadline pressure
Salary: $72,000–$105,000 base + performance bonus Location: Houston TX Start: ASAP
